The Origin of Our Clothing - India

This documentary about the clothing industry in India will give you an insight into the hardships and the daily life of a person working in the clothing industry, from the cotton fields to the clothing production facilities. Working under a lot of time pressure, the workers only earn a couple of cents per hour which is barely enough to keep their families alive. They have to sleep on the floor and use the horrific sanitary facilities at the factory. A group of British students and professionals visit and work at the facilities and report on their experience. Watch this documentary in German.
